Lost Password

We regret to advise you that we do not retrieve lost passwords for account holders who loose them. We are unable to distinguish between true account holders and people who pretend to be account holders so as to unlawfully enter someone else's account by acquiring their password from us. To ensure that we protect the privacy of everyone, we withhold the information.

However, before giving up trying to enter your account, it's possible that you are making a simple mistake when you type in your password. Safe-mail passwords are case sensitive. This means that Safe-mail looks at qwerty, QWERTY and QweRTy as completely different passwords. Check, therefore, to make sure that your "Caps Lock" or the "A" light is not active. To do this, look at your keyboard. If it is, just hit the Caps Lock key again.

We do offer a password reminder facility. In Preferences/Security/Password you have the option to select a question and define answer. If you have set up a reminder, go here.

We also offer a retrieval by email mechanism. If you have set one go here.

You can open a new account with a different name at any time.
