If you have set a reminder, using this form you can change your forgotten password. To do so follow this steps:

1. Fill in your Safe-mail E-mail Address.
2. Select the Reminder Question that you specified in your Preferences.
3. Write in the answer that you used in your Preferences.
4. Type a new password in the New Password box, and then verify that password in the Verify box.
