You've set up your account. You've told everyone about your new email address. Friends, family, and colleagues have been sending you messages, and your Inbox is still empty.
Here's what you do:
Please check in your Junk or Notices folder.
Please verify that the sender uses the correct email address.
Your email address is: [your user name]@Safe-mail.net
Common mistakes are to forget the '-' sign or to use '.com' instead
of '.net'.
Make sure that you are not blocking the senders (see below).
Click the Preferences button at the top menu.
Click 'Mail Control' -> 'Safe list Block list'.
Check whether something is written in 'Block list' section (down)
If the address 123@456.789 appears there, that means you accidentally blocked it. (Clicking the 'block sender' button from within a mail makes the sender's address automatically keyed in the 'Blocked Users' section of 'Mail Control').
To remove the block simply choose it and click 'Remove'.
Click the 'Update' button at the bottom to complete the action.
