I'm Not Receiving Email Messages!

You've set up your account. You've told everyone about your new email address. Friends, family, and colleagues have been sending you messages, and your Inbox is still empty. 

Here's what you do:


You may have blocked the address. To remove the block:
  1. Click the Preferences button at the top menu.

  2. Click 'Mail Control' -> 'Safe list Block list'.

  3. Check whether something is written in 'Block list' section (down)
    If the address 123@456.789 appears there, that means you accidentally blocked it. (Clicking the 'block sender' button from within a mail makes the sender's address automatically keyed in the 'Blocked Users' section of 'Mail Control').

  4. To remove the block simply choose it and click 'Remove'.

  5. Click the 'Update' button at the bottom to complete the action.
