|
Remark:
- The key field at safe-mail is the nickname; the nickname is a unique name which identify the e-mail address. If at the outlook there is no such field, Safe-mail system will generate you a default nick name/names as needed.
- At outlook, nick name is not unique, that means that there could be 2 entries at outlook with the same nick name, importing this as is, will cause lose of data, as one will override the another. So check before importing the address book, for double nick name (this can be easily done by looking at the text file before importing it).
- The text file, do not keep groups. You will get all the names at one big group, if you want to import a group, you can create a group and then import the addresses to that group.
